BHG - On the morning of June 27, candidates in the province completed the optional exam for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. In some places, there was light rain, moderate rain, but candidates arrived at the exam locations on time, keeping their spirits up to do their best on the exam.

Accordingly, candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program will take an optional exam consisting of 2 subjects in the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology and Foreign Languages. The exam time for each subject is 50 minutes. This is a new point compared to previous years, reducing 1 exam session, 2 exam subjects, reducing pressure, reducing social costs but still ensuring the quality and objectives of the exam.

For candidates taking the 2006 GeneralEducation Program, complete the combined exam of Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education) in the morning, each exam lasts 50 minutes.

According to the 2018 General Education Program, the number of candidates taking the elective subject 1 exam was 7,110/7,148 candidates and the number of candidates taking the elective subject 2 exam was 7,096/7,134 candidates, reaching a rate of 99.4%. Candidates taking the elective subjects according to the 2006 General Education Program reached a rate of 88.4% or higher. All 34 exam sites had no invigilators, supervisors, or candidates violating the regulations.
On the afternoon of June 27, candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program will take the Foreign Language exam, with a 60-minute test duration, to conclude the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.
