In the story, Major Nguyen Manh Cuong took the officers and soldiers back to the fierce war years, when Uncle Ho visited the Air Defense Force in early 1964. Talking to the officers and soldiers, Uncle Ho advised: "You must always be vigilant and always ready to fight. You must resolutely shoot down enemy planes if they dare to invade the airspace of the North of our country." Following Uncle Ho's teachings, the officers and soldiers of the unit enthusiastically competed to kill the enemy and make achievements. During the resistance war against the US to save the country, the Battalion shot down 43 US planes, including 1 B-52, and captured many enemy pilots...

The story brought many emotions to the soldiers. Corporal Nguyen Ngoc Truong Thanh, Commanding Officer of Company 1, Battalion 73, was moved: “President Ho Chi Minh is a shining example for everyone to learn and follow. He devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause, for national independence and the happiness of the people. It is an honor and pride to work in a unit with a long tradition, we are even more determined to compete and achieve many achievements to respectfully present to our beloved Uncle Ho.”
Like Regiment 285, agencies and units of Division 363 have been promoting high spirit and responsibility in all activities and achieved many outstanding achievements. From the beginning of 2025 to now, Division 363 has had 100% of combat duty units of Block A completing their tasks excellently, receiving the flag of good duty unit; successfully completing the contents of testing new weapons; organizing congresses at the level of party cells, party committees of departments and grassroots party committees in advance for the Service in accordance with procedures and principles, and being commended by superiors... The Division invested hundreds of millions of VND and many working days of soldiers to consolidate and build green-clean-beautiful units and help local people clean the environment, fight forest fires, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and clean martyrs' cemeteries. Units in the Division visited and presented gifts to policy families and people with revolutionary contributions worth hundreds of millions of VND...
