8.1 Specific conditions, methods and procedures that customers must follow to participate in the promotion program:
When purchasing 01 (one) of 20 (twenty) promotional products:

Customers will have the opportunity to receive 01 (one) QR card placed inside the promotional product. The total number of QR cards issued is: 17,721,500 QR cards will be randomly inserted into 17,721,500 promotional products out of a total of 382,508,130 promotional products.
Customers find the QR card and use a smartphone or tablet or other device that can be used to scan the QR code (which can recognize and read the information encoded in the QR code) and scan the QR code printed on the QR card ( the “QR Code” ) as prescribed from 07:00 on 12/05/2025 to 23:59 on 31/07/2025 to participate in the program:
+ The first 1,350,000 customers who scan the QR Code and are valid will definitely win one of the following prizes: First Prize or Second Prize or Third Prize or Fourth Prize according to the Rules.
+ The 30 customers who scan the most valid QR Codes and the earliest from 07:00 on May 12, 2025 to 23:59 on July 20, 2025 (including customers who have won the Special Prize, the 03 QR Collection Prize, the 02 QR Collection Prize, the First Prize or the Second Prize or the Third Prize or the Fourth Prize) will definitely win the Gratitude Prize according to the provisions of the Rules.
+ All customers (including customers who have won the Special Prize, Appreciation Prize, First Prize or Second Prize or Third Prize or Fourth Prize) who scan 02 or more valid QR Codes will have the chance to win the 02 QR Collection Prize, 03 QR Collection Prize according to the Rules.
+ All customers who scan a valid QR Code (including customers who have won the First Prize or Second Prize or Third Prize or Fourth Prize, 02 QR Collection Prize, 03 QR Collection Prize, Gratitude Prize) and participate in the survey will have the opportunity to win the Special Prize by drawing to determine the winner according to the provisions of the Rules.
8.2 Time and method of issuing winning evidence:
8.2.1 Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will randomly place QR cards on promotional products under the witness of local Department of Industry and Trade representatives (if any) and then distribute promotional products nationwide from May 12, 2025.
8.2.2 Winning notification message: Acecook VN message center will send a winning notification message to the Customer's Phone Number. The content and time of sending the winning notification message are as prescribed in Section 8.5 of the Rules.
8.3 Regulations on evidence to determine winning:
8.3.1 QR Card
a. A valid QR card has the following specific dimensions: length 6 cm x width 4 cm. A valid QR card is a QR card that is intact, not torn, patched, or patched, the content is not missing text, and the QR Code and control code on the card are not scratched.
b. The total number of QR cards issued by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company during the promotion period is 17,721,500 cards.
c. The QR card shows the following contents:
– Brand symbol of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company
– Promotional program name
– QR code
– Control code
– Content and instructions for participating in the promotion program
– Contact information
– Information to remind customers to keep the QR card in case they have not received the prize “Note: Please keep the QR card to receive the prize. A valid QR card must be intact.”.
d. Regulations on control code characters include 08 (eight) random numeric characters from 0 to 9 encoded by Nguyen Quang Huy Company Limited and represented in the form of QR Code.
e. The list of control codes participating in the promotion program is a list of 17,721,500 codes encoded by Nguyen Quang Huy Company Limited and presented in the form of QR Codes for use in printing QR cards ( "Control Code List" ). Customers' control codes are recorded by the system and stored in the prize code warehouse at the website "https://khuyenmai30nam.acecookvietnam.vn" and Zalo Mini App "Acecook Vietnam" with the access method as instructed in Section 8.4 of the Rules ( "Prize Code Warehouse" ).
f. The control code is used to determine the winners of the Gratitude Prize, the 02 QR Collection Prize, the 03 QR Collection Prize and to participate in the lucky draw to determine the winners of the Special Prize according to the provisions of the Rules.
8.3.2 Winning notification message: a valid winning notification message is a winning notification message from the Acecook VN messaging switchboard sent to the Customer Phone Number of the winning customer to notify the customer that they have won the Special Prize or Gratitude Prize according to the provisions of Section 8.5 of the Rules.
8.4 Time, place and method of determining winners:
8.4.1 Customer opens promotional product to find QR card:
a) In case the promotional product does not have a QR card, the customer will not win the prize;
b) In case the promotional product has a QR card, customers have the opportunity to win prizes according to the provisions of the Rules.
8.4.2 Customers using a smartphone or tablet or other device can use it to scan the QR code and scan the QR Code printed on the QR card as described in Section 8.3.1 of the Rules.
8.4.3 Customers scan the QR Code printed on the QR card in 01 (one) of the 02 (two) following ways from 07:00 on May 12, 2025 to 23:59 on July 31, 2025 to participate in the promotion program:
Method 1 : Scan the QR Code and participate by visiting the website “https://khuyenmai30nam.acecookvietnam.vn”
a. Customers scan the QR Code printed on the QR card using the camera application on the device to access the website “https://khuyenmai30nam.acecookvietnam.vn”.
b. The system immediately displays a screen for the customer to log in if they have previously registered an account to participate in the promotion program or register an account if the customer has not yet registered an account to participate in the program (the account participating in the promotion program is hereinafter referred to as the "Customer Account" ).
Expected system image: i. In case the customer has not registered a Customer Account, the customer clicks "REGISTER", the system immediately displays the interface for the customer to choose the registration form.

– The system immediately displays a screen for customers to fill in the registration information to participate in the program with the required information including: phone number (phone number must have 10 digits and start with “0”), password and re-enter password. Then, customers click on the box “I'm not a robot” (to authenticate the user) and click “CONTINUE” for the system to record the customer's participation information.

Within 01 (one) minute, Acecook VN switchboard will send a message containing a 06 (six) digit OTP code to the Customer's Phone Number. The Customer enters the received OTP code and presses "CONFIRM" to continue or presses "RESEND OTP" to receive and re-enter the OTP code.

+ If the customer enters the correct OTP code into the system within 01 minute from the time the OTP code entry screen is displayed, the system will immediately display a screen for the customer to enter customer information with the required information including: Full name, year of birth and select Gender and Province/City. Then, the customer clicks "Personal information provision policy" to view the content of the personal information provision policy, clicks "Program rules" to view the content of the Rules, selects the box "I have understood and agree to the Personal information provision policy when participating in this promotion program" and the box "I have read and agree to the Program rules" and clicks "COMPLETE" for the system to record the Customer Account as successfully registered.

● In case the information encoded and displayed in the QR Code is not on the Control Code List or has been used to participate in a previous program: the system immediately displays a notification screen with the content: “Sorry! This QR Code is incorrect or has been used to participate in 30 Years of Acecook - Hunt for QR cards, win SH right away. Please try again or scan another QR Code. Contact 1900 06 88 30 (1,000 VND/minute) for support and advice”.

● In case the customer scans a valid QR Code ( the control code is encoded and shown in the QR Code in the Control Code List ) and the QR Code has not been used to participate in a previous promotion: the system will immediately display a notification screen for winning Prize I or Prize II or Prize III or Prize IV if the customer is among the first 1,350,000 customers who scanned the QR Code and it is valid or a screen confirming the customer's participation and requesting to participate in the survey (if the customer has not participated in the survey before) or a screen confirming the customer's participation as prescribed in Section 8.4.4 of the Rules.
+ If the customer does not enter the OTP code into the system within 01 minute from the time the OTP code entry screen is displayed or enters the wrong OTP code into the system, the system will immediately display the message: "Invalid OTP". The customer clicks "RESEND OTP" to receive and re-enter the OTP code.

Case 2: If the customer chooses “REGISTER WITH ZALO”:
– The system immediately redirects to the Zalo application, the customer logs in to the Zalo account if the customer has not logged in/ registers if the customer does not have a Zalo account. Then, the system immediately displays a message asking the customer to allow Zalo OA “Acecook Vietnam” to access the customer’s Zalo account information with the content “Allow Acecook Vietnam to receive your information Acecook Vietnam needs to access the following information from your Zalo account to serve you during use”. The customer clicks “Learn more” to learn more about the content related to granting permission to use the name, Zalo avatar and phone number associated with Zalo for the purpose of participating in the promotion program, “Zalo terms of use” to view the terms of use of the Zalo application and clicks “Allow” to continue or clicks “Reject” for the system to record the customer’s choice.

In case the customer clicks “Refuse”: The system will immediately redirect back to the Customer Account registration screen at the website “https://khuyenmai30nam.acecookvietnam.vn”.
In case the customer clicks “ Allow ”: The system immediately displays a notification asking the customer to be interested in Zalo OA “Acecook Vietnam” with the content “Interested in OA Acecook Vietnam To update information from Mini App Acecook Vietnam”. The customer clicks “Zalo terms of use” to view the terms of use of the Zalo application and clicks “Interested” to be interested in Zalo OA “Acecook Vietnam” or clicks “Later” for the system to record the customer’s choice.

● In case the customer scans a valid QR Code and the QR Code has not been used to participate in a previous promotion: the system will immediately display a screen notifying the customer of winning Prize I or Prize II or Prize III or Prize IV if the customer is among the first 1,350,000 customers who scanned the QR Code and it is valid, or a screen confirming the customer's participation and requesting to participate in the survey (if the customer has not participated in the survey before) or a screen confirming the customer's participation as prescribed in Section 8.4.4 of the Rules.
● In case the information encoded and displayed in the QR Code is not on the Control Code List or has been used to participate in a previous program: the system immediately displays a notification screen with the content: “Sorry! The customer re-enters the login information and clicks "LOGIN" to log in again or clicks "Forgot password!" to reset the password.

The Customer enters the Customer Phone Number and clicks “SEND OTP”. Within 01 (one) minute, Acecook VN switchboard will send a message containing a 06 (six) digit OTP code to the Customer Phone Number. The Customer enters the received OTP code and clicks “CONFIRM” to continue or clicks “CLOSE” for the system to exit the password reset interface.

● In case the customer scans a valid QR Code and the QR Code has not been used to participate in a previous promotion: the system will immediately display a screen notifying the customer of winning Prize I or Prize II or Prize III or Prize IV if the customer is among the first 1,350,000 customers who scanned the QR Code and it is valid, or a screen confirming the customer's participation and requesting to participate in the survey (if the customer has not participated in the survey before) or a screen confirming the customer's participation as prescribed in Section 8.4.4 of the Rules.
● In case the information encoded and displayed in the QR Code is not on the Control Code List or has been used to participate in a previous program: the system immediately displays a notification screen with the content: “Sorry! This QR Code is incorrect or has been used to participate in 30 Years of Acecook - Hunt for QR cards, win SH right away. Please try again or scan another QR Code. Contact 1900 06 88 30 (1,000 VND/minute) for support and advice”.

+ In case the login with Zalo account linked to Customer Account is unsuccessful, the system will immediately redirect to the login screen at the website “https://khuyenmai30nam.acecookvietnam.vn” and display the message “ZALO ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN LINKED. PLEASE SELECT REGISTER TO JOIN THE PROGRAM”. The Customer selects the login method again or chooses to register to continue.

Method 2 : Scan the QR Code with the Zalo app and participate by accessing the Zalo Mini App “Acecook Vietnam”
Customers access the Zalo application on their phone (log in to their Zalo account if they have not logged in/ register if they do not have an account) then click on the QR code icon “ ” on the search bar and scan the QR Code to be taken directly to the Zalo Mini App “Acecook Vietnam”.
a. If the Zalo account logged in on the Zalo application has not been linked to a previous Customer Account by the customer:
The system immediately displays a message asking the customer to allow Zalo OA “Acecook Vietnam” to access the customer’s Zalo account information with the content “Allow Acecook Vietnam to receive your information Acecook Vietnam needs to access the following information from your Zalo account to serve you during use”. b. If the Zalo account logged in on the Zalo application has been successfully linked to the Customer Account by the customer before:
i. In case the customer scans a valid QR Code and the QR Code has not been used to participate in a previous promotion: the system will immediately display a notification screen for winning Prize I or Prize II or Prize III or Prize IV if the customer is among the first 1,350,000 customers who scanned the QR Code and it is valid or a screen confirming the customer's participation and requesting to participate in the survey (if the customer has not participated in the survey before) or a screen confirming the customer's participation as prescribed in Section 8.4.4 of the Rules.
ii. In case the information encoded and displayed in the QR Code is not on the Control Code List or has been used to participate in a previous program: the system immediately displays a notification screen with the content: “Sorry! This QR Code is incorrect or has been used to participate in 30 Years of Acecook - Hunt for QR cards, win SH right away. Please try again or scan another QR Code. Contact 1900 06 88 30 (1,000 VND/minute) for support and advice”.

Customer Account information after being registered/ logged in on the device will be automatically remembered and saved by the website system “https://khuyenmai30nam.acecookvietnam.vn” and Zalo Mini App “Acecook Vietnam”, customers do not need to log in/ register for a Customer Account again for the next participation. (The phone number provided by the customer and the phone number linked to the customer's Zalo (if linking the Zalo account to the Customer Account) when scanning the QR Code to participate in the promotion program are collectively referred to as “ Customer Phone Number ”).
8.4.4 Customers scan the QR Code and follow the instructions below from 07:00 on 12/05/2025 to 23:59 on 31/07/2025 to determine the winners of Prize I, Prize II, Prize III and Prize IV: The first 1,350,000 customers who scan the QR Code and are valid will definitely win one of the following prizes: Prize I or Prize II or Prize III or Prize IV according to the Rules. Customers participate as follows:
If the customer scans a valid QR Code in one of the two ways specified in Section 8.4.3 of the Rules and the QR Code verification system has not been used:
a. In case the First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize have run out:

In case there are still Prize I or Prize II or Prize III or Prize IV: the system will immediately determine the winner by random drawing software from the total number of Prize I, Prize II, Prize III and Prize IV remaining in the promotion program (Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will synchronize and regularly update the number of Prize I, Prize II, Prize III and Prize IV remaining in the promotion program on the total prize according to the structure announced in Section 7 of the Rules on the website "https://khuyenmai30nam.acecookvietnam.vn" and Zalo Mini App "Acecook Vietnam") and the customer will receive the following notification:

8.6 Time, location, method and procedure for awarding prizes:
8.6.1 For First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, Fourth Prize, 03 QR Collector's Prize and 02 QR Collector's Prize:
Within 48 hours from the time the customer receives the winning notification as specified in Section 8.4.4, Section 8.4.6 Rules:
a. For prepaid and postpaid subscribers who have registered for direct top-up (subscriber type automatically classified by the network operator): Customers will have the entire prize value directly loaded into the Customer Phone Number.
b. At the time of awarding the prize as scheduled with the winning customer in the locality where the customer lives/works, when the call center 02888803030 contacts to notify the winning customer, the customer needs to present: (a) valid identification documents (CCCD/Passport or other equivalent legal documents with identification such as Driver's license, Birth certificate) and (b) valid QR card for the Gratitude Prize (QR card with QR code printed on the card containing the control code matching the control code recorded in the Customer Account from 07:00 on May 12, 2025 to 23:59 on July 20, 2025 of the Gratitude Prize winning customer) and the winning notification message from the Acecook VN message center sent to the Customer's Phone Number for the staff of the Awarding Party to conduct verification, sign the Prize Awarding Minutes and receive the prize.
a) In case the customer can only present valid identification documents and a valid Gratitude Prize winning QR card: The awarding party will conduct a verification check, the customer will sign the Minutes confirming the loss of the Gratitude Prize winning notification message and the Minutes of awarding and receiving the prize.
b) In case the customer can only present valid identification documents and a message notifying them of winning the Gratitude Prize from the Acecook VN message center sent to the Customer's Phone Number (the customer has lost the QR card or has provided it to the organizer at the time of awarding the Special Prize if they have won the Special Prize before): The awarding party will conduct a comparison check, the customer will sign the Minutes confirming the loss/provision of the QR card and the Minutes of awarding and receiving the prize.
8.6.3 For Special Prize:

b) In case the customer can only present valid identification documents and a message notifying the customer of winning the Special Prize from the Acecook VN message center sent to the Customer's Phone Number (the customer has lost the QR card or has provided it to the organizer at the time of awarding the Gratitude Prize if the case is a previous Gratitude Prize winner): The awarding party will conduct a check and comparison, the customer will sign the Minutes confirming the loss/provision of the QR card and the Minutes of awarding and receiving the prize.
The Organizing Committee will determine the prize as an unclaimed prize to pay to the State Budget according to current legal regulations in case the prize awarding period has expired but:
● Unable to determine the winner;
or
● Customer does not receive reward.
Customers who do not receive the prize are in the following cases: The prize awarding period has expired but the winning customer cannot be contacted; the winning customer does not provide information or provides incorrect information as prescribed; the winning customer does not meet the prescribed conditions for receiving the prize for the Special Prize such as not presenting: valid identification documents or valid winning QR card and the Special Prize winning notification message from the Acecook VN messaging switchboard sent to the Customer's Phone Number (except for cases otherwise specified in the Rules); the winning customer does not meet the prescribed conditions for receiving the prize for the Gratitude Prize such as not presenting: valid identification documents or the Gratitude Prize winning notification message from the Acecook VN messaging switchboard sent to the Customer's Phone Number (except for cases otherwise specified in the Rules); the winning customer does not sign the Prize Awarding Minutes or the Minutes confirming the loss of the winning notification message or the Minutes confirming the loss/ provision of the QR card; The winning customer refused to receive the prize.

Determining the total value of prizes without winners is the basis for paying cash into the state budget based on the summary report of the total value of prizes deposited and awarded to customers according to the methods and regulations mentioned above.
The deadline for awarding prizes to winning customers is 45 days from the end of the promotion period.
The awarding cost will be paid by Dentsu Vietnam Co., Ltd. on behalf of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
