At the meeting, the ward leaders received a lot of information, opinions and feedback related to the local socio -economic issues that are currently stuck and existing. Among them was the case of Mr. Tran Phong (born in 1975), who requested that in 1996, his family exchanged a large area of ​​land to expand a local school. In 2003, his family was granted a land use right certificate (LURC) for the exchanged land area but was 600m2 short. This problem has persisted and has not been resolved to this point. On this occasion, Mr. Phong's family requested the authorities to reissue the LURC at the address: Thuong An Residential Group, Phong Thai Ward according to the initial agreement conditions.

After listening to citizens' opinions and recommendations and exchanging with representatives of local functional departments and agencies, Chairman of Phong Thai Ward People's Committee Le Viet Thanh further explained the contents of citizens' complaints, recommendations and reflections. At the same time, he directed the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban to urgently review and propose a solution to resolve the matter in accordance with the law, ensuring legitimate interests for Mr. Phong's family.
