Up to now, 100% of the Youth Unions of communes and wards have consolidated, strengthened, and newly established "Youth Volunteer Shock Teams", ready to participate in supporting activities to respond to and overcome the consequences of storms and floods after storms. Youth Union members are mobilized to participate in supporting people in strengthening houses, pruning trees, reinforcing and protecting headquarters, warehouses, production, business, service establishments, public works (especially educational and medical facilities), and infrastructure works. At the same time, support people in harvesting agricultural products, especially crops and aquaculture areas that are about to be harvested.
