Bac Kan Electricity Company will move the meter reading schedule for electricity customers after the public substation in October (from the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th to the 27th, 28th and the last day of the month).

Changing the meter reading schedule to the last days of the month will help customers conveniently monitor electricity consumption, monitor meter readings and pay electricity bills, helping the Electricity industry to increasingly improve customer service, meet the roadmap for modernizing the metering system and digital transformation in the field of Customer Service Business.

During the month of changing the meter reading schedule, the electricity bill will be recorded and calculated based on the actual number of days of use by the customer. For customers purchasing electricity for domestic purposes (applying the ladder electricity price), the electricity bill will be calculated according to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 1, Circular 09/2023/TT-BCT dated April 21, 2023 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to ensure the rights of customers./.
