Thai Nguyen: Many priority project categories calling for investment

The People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province has just issued Program No. 01/CTr-UBND on investment promotion in the last 6 months of 2025. Accordingly, Thai Nguyen province has publicized the list of priority projects calling for investment in the last 6 months of the year.

Of the 31 service projects calling for investment, there are 7 golf course projects. In the photo: The Glory golf course project (Thanh Cong commune) is expected to start operating in September 2025.

Specifically, for infrastructure projects of industrial parks (IPs), agriculture , information technology, there are 5 projects calling for investment, including: Infrastructure of Tay Pho Yen urban - service IP, in Phuc Thuan ward, scale of 868ha, total investment of over 7,700 billion VND, priority to attract investment in electronic and auxiliary products; Project to expand Nam Pho Yen IP (Pho Yen ward), expanding scale from 120ha to 263ha, total investment of about 1,200 billion VND; Information technology park concentrated in Diem Thuy commune, scale of 200ha, total investment of over 3,200 billion VND; High-tech agricultural area (Pho Yen ward), scale of over 154ha and infrastructure of Cho Moi 1 IP (Cho Moi commune), scale of 300ha, phase I calls for 43ha, phase II calls for 257ha...

Regarding industrial clusters (ICs), the list includes 31 priority projects calling for investment, including 12 IC infrastructure projects and 19 projects calling for secondary investors to invest in ICs. The service sector has 31 projects; agriculture 15 projects; urban and residential infrastructure 78 projects; environment and resources 16 projects...
