In the 2025-2030 term, the congress identified three breakthroughs: Developing synchronous and modern socio-economic infrastructure to serve the construction of advanced and exemplary new rural areas; developing high-tech agricultural economy associated with digital transformation and value chain linkage; building digital government and improving the quality of human resources to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development.

The congress set out the main targets: The average annual growth rate of total product value in the area is from 8 - 9%; the average income per capita by 2030 will reach 100 million VND/year; the poverty rate by 2030 will be below 0.5%; improving the quality and maintaining national standard schools and striving to build 100% of national standard schools...

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint the Executive Committee of the Tay Phu Commune Party Committee, term I, consisting of 33 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 11 comrades. Comrade Pham Quang Can holds the position of Secretary of the Tay Phu Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
