The training program took place from August 11 to 13 at the VFF headquarters, focusing on the professional work of match supervisors, while also combining training for match coordinators and media officers - forces that closely coordinate with supervisors throughout the match organization process.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Phu - General Secretary of VFF emphasized that the 2024/25 season has recorded many positive marks in terms of professional quality, beautiful images on the field as well as safe and professional organization.
“This success has important contributions from the team of supervisors, referees, coordinators and media officers - the key links to ensure that each match is conducted in accordance with regulations, effectively and attractively.
However, with the increasing demands of professional football, the organization and management work needs to continue to improve professionalism, limit errors and meet international standards.
The training program is an opportunity for the forces to update knowledge, unify processes and share experiences to improve practical skills," Nguyen Van Phu expressed.
During the training program, trainees will be informed of professional football regulations, rules and regulations; instructed on how to handle situations; exchange experiences in organization and operation; update and amend competition rules; as well as participate in discussions, professional tests and receive certificates of completion of the training course.
With careful preparation and a high sense of responsibility, the training program is expected to contribute to improving the capacity of the team of supervisors, coordinators and match media officers, towards a quality, safe and professional 2025/26 season.
