(NLDO)- Vietnamese airlines have continued to add 586 more flights in the period from January 17 to February 12, 2025.
After the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam continued to allocate slots, compared to last week (January 10), Vietnamese airlines added 586 more flights with the number of seats provided increasing by about 134,800 seats in the period from January 17 to February 12.

At Tan Son Nhat airport, the Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 90 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi route increased by 89 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang route increased by 24 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Thanh Hoa route increased by 22 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Hue route increased by 23 flights, the Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh route increased by 24 flights, the Hai Phong - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 43 flights... compared to the previous week.
The list of flights added from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to other localities and vice versa during the Lunar New Year 2025 compared to the previous week (updated January 17) is as follows:
Da Nang - Hanoi route increased by 19 flights with capacity increased by 4,630 seats;
Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 18 flights with capacity increased by 4,710 seats;
Da Lat - Ho Chi Minh City route increases 4 trips with capacity increased by 720 seats;
Da Lat - Hanoi route increases 12 trips with capacity of 2,726 seats;
Hanoi - Da Nang route increases 20 flights with capacity of 4,870 seats;
Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 90 flights with a capacity of 25,696 seats;
Hanoi - Can Tho route increases 8 flights with capacity of 1,790 seats;
Can Tho - Hanoi route increases 8 flights with capacity of 1,790 seats;
Hai Phong - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 43 flights with a capacity of 9,030 seats;
Hue - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 22 trips with a capacity of 4,790 seats;
Hue - Hanoi route increases 6 trips with capacity of 1,890 seats;
Phu Quoc - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 16 flights with a capacity of 3,497 seats;
Pleiku - Ho Chi Minh City route increases 10 trips with capacity of 2,070 seats;
Pleiku - Hanoi route increases 4 trips with capacity of 1,280 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Nha Trang route increases 6 trips with capacity of 1,320 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang route increased by 24 flights with a capacity of 4,830 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi route increased by 89 flights with a capacity of 21,864 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Hue route increased by 23 flights with a capacity of 5,250 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Pleiku route increases 6 trips with capacity of 1,180 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Tuy Hoa route increases 2 trips with capacity of 450 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Thanh Hoa route increased by 22 flights with a capacity of 4,500 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Quy Nhon route increases 5 trips with capacity of 822 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Chu Lai route increases 10 trips with capacity of 1,800 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Hai Phong route increased by 22 flights with a capacity of 4,450 seats;
Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh route increased by 24 flights with a capacity of 4,540 seats;
Tuy Hoa - Ho Chi Minh City route increases 3 trips with capacity of 630 seats;
Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 4 trips with a capacity of 1,190 trips;
Thanh Hoa - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 14 flights with a capacity of 3,260 seats;
Quy Nhon - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 11 flights with a capacity of 1,956 seats;
Chu Lai - Ho Chi Minh City route increased by 16 flights with a capacity of 2,880 seats;
Vinh-HCMC route increases 26 flights with capacity of 4,460 seats.
Previously, as of January 10, Vietnamese airlines had added 522 flights, equivalent to an increase of about 133,000 seats on domestic routes, focusing on routes from Ho Chi Minh City to the Central provinces in the period from January 22 to February 8, 2025.
