Strengthening professional and technical support for commune level

(QNgTV) - Implementing the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on strengthening leadership at the commune level in resolving professional and technical issues under their authority, on August 1, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 96-CV/TU requesting the synchronous implementation of professional and technical support solutions for the commune level, with a drastic spirit, close to reality and ensuring effectiveness.

Strengthening professional and technical support for commune level

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requests: The Standing Committee of the Party Committee at the commune level leads and directs the mobilization and arrangement of staff and civil servants under its authority in accordance with professional requirements, expertise and practical work experience to best promote the existing human resources of the commune level; encourage and motivate cadres and civil servants to strive to study in many forms to meet work requirements.

Assess the current status of cadres, civil servants and public employees, especially in the fields of finance, land and information technology of the locality. If any position is found to be unsatisfactory or does not meet job requirements, make recommendations to the provincial level for timely direction.

Resolutely do not let the professional work of commune, ward and special economic zone levels stagnate, be delayed, have backlogs or be ineffective, especially in handling administrative procedures for citizens and businesses and implementing political tasks set out in the resolutions of the Party Congresses at the commune level.
