V-League schedule prioritized for Nam Dinh and Hanoi Police
Sharing with the media, Mr. Tran Anh Tu, Vice President of VFF and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VPF, said that the draw for the V-League schedule gives priority to clubs participating in international competitions, namely Nam Dinh and Cong An Ha Noi (participating in both AFC Champions League Two and ASEAN Club Championship).
"VPF always tries to create conditions for the two clubs to participate in international competitions. We also have rewards when the teams win and have achievements. VPF flexibly adjusts the competition schedule right in the previous season so as not to affect other clubs and the season," Mr. Tu shared.
When asked about the referee issue, the leaders of VFF and VPF said: "We will invite FIFA lecturers to train referees, with innovative content, learning from mistakes made last season. Many referees rely too much on VAR, lacking initiative in some situations."
Mr. Tran Anh Tu also confirmed that The Cong - Viettel Club will continue to register My Dinh Stadium as their home stadium, after having to change stadiums and play at other stadiums many times last season.
