About to invest in 3 roads connecting two major hospitals in Quoc Oai district, Hanoi

The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved an investment project to build traffic routes in the area of ​​two major hospitals in Quoc Oai district.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed Decision No. 6015 approving the investment project to build traffic routes in the area approaching the Central Maternity Hospital, Facility 2, and the Central Children's Hospital, Facility 2 (Quoc Oai district).

The investment project to build the National Children's Hospital, Facility 2, is being built on a 6-hectare land area with a connecting road.

Investment scale for construction of 3 routes with a total length of nearly 3km.

Of which, route 1 is nearly 1.3km long, with a roadbed cross-section of 30m. The starting point is at Km 0+00 at the intersection with the North-South main axis of the extended Quoc Oai urban area. The end point is at Km 1+350 adjacent to the boundary of the Tay Quoc Oai Urban and Service Area (adjacent to the right edge of the North-South economic axis).

Route 2 is nearly 1.2km long, with an investment of 24m cross-section. The starting point at Km 0+00 intersects with the main North-South axis of the extended Quoc Oai urban area. The end point at Km 1+188 intersects with Route 1.

Line 3 is 0.52km long, with a cross-section of 24m. The starting point is Km 0+00 at the intersection with line 1; The end point is Km 0+520 at the intersection with line 2.

This is a Group B project, a level I traffic (road) project invested by the People's Committee of Quoc Oai District. Implementation period is from 2024 - 2025.

The project aims to invest in the construction of infrastructure routes for the Ministry of Health 's projects, creating a major artery through the heart of Quoc Oai ecological town, connecting the main traffic routes in the area, hospital areas; urban areas, tourist - service areas, contributing to the economic - cultural - social development of the locality.

The formed route is also expected to contribute to concretizing the planning of an ecological town developing according to the ecological urban model, supporting the development of rural areas within the green corridor of the capital Hanoi.
