According to the announcement of the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, the 23rd Session is scheduled to be held from July 11-12 at the Eastern Cultural Center.

At this session, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will review a number of regular contents on the results of the first 6 months of the year in socio -economic development, security and order, public reception, handling of complaints and denunciations, the implementation of the state budget estimate...

Notably, many important new policies will be considered by the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council at this session. These include raising the social assistance standards, subjects and regimes for a number of social protection subjects in the province; a number of expenditure contents and expenditure levels for drug prevention and control work; supporting funding for the issuance, exchange or registration of changes in land use right certificates for households and individuals donating land use rights for the construction of public works; establishing, organizing and operating the Farmers Support Fund, the Cooperative Development Support Fund of Hai Duong province...

Regarding planning and public investment, the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve the zoning plan for the construction of Kim Thanh 2 Industrial Park; decide and adjust the investment policy for a number of public investment projects; adjust and allocate the 5-year local budget public investment plan for 2021 - 2025 and allocate the 5th capital plan for 2024; recover land, allow the change of purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land to implement additional projects and works in 2024...

At the meeting, it is expected that the two Directors of the Departmentof Education and Training and the Department of Health will participate in the question and answer session.
