Rodri could become a £100m 'blockbuster'

According to Marca, Real Madrid are ready to make a £100 million offer to sign Man City midfielder Rodri this summer.

After being “destroyed” by PSG in the Club World Cup semi-finals earlier this month, coach Xabi Alonso identified Rodri as his top target in the next transfer window. The Spanish strategist believes that the Man City midfielder is the perfect piece to rebuild Real Madrid’s midfield, which has been judged too slow and lacking in fighting spirit against the trio of Vitinha - Joao Neves - Fabian Ruiz.
