As soon as I arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, I was overwhelmed by the unique architecture of this airport. This is not only one of the busiest airports in the world but also a wonderful intersection between modern Western style and ancient Asian features. The statues of Samudra Manthan and the images of beautiful dark-skinned Thai girls made me feel like I was entering a magical space right from the moment I got off the plane. This was an impressive first experience, making me even more eager to start my journey to explore the tourist destination of Bangkok - Pattaya .
Pattaya - "The city that never sleeps"

The first destination in my 5-day, 4-night Thailand tour was Pattaya, the “city that never sleeps”. Right from the moment I arrived, the tour guide explained this special name to me. During the day, Pattaya seems to be sleeping soundly with closed shops, but when the sun sets, the city awakens with a bustling atmosphere and vibrant entertainment activities. This is a Pattaya tourist destination that is never lacking in excitement, especially at night.
I had the chance to attend the Alcaza Show, one of Pattaya ’s most famous performing arts shows , where transgender artists showcase their talents in colorful music , dance and choreography performances. It was amazing to see transgender dancers performing not only for money but also for passion, to be themselves on stage. This is a cultural experience that I think anyone coming to Pattaya should not miss.
In addition to the shows, we also visited Nong Nooch Flower Garden, Butterfly Garden, and Tiger Zoo. However, one of the highlights of this trip was the visit to Coral Island. The beach here is not only beautiful but also attracts people with its friendly locals. It was interesting to hear Vietnamese sales calls such as “Here is corn, here is boiled corn” or “Who wants to rent a swimming buoy?” It was really surprising to know that Pattaya is not only a destination for international tourists but also has a special cultural exchange.

After exploring Pattaya, we continued to Bangkok, a city full of surprises and attractions. The travel schedule in Bangkok is quite dense with many interesting tourist destinations, from markets to unique cultural works. One of the places that impressed me the most was Safari World. This is not just a regular zoo, but a place where wild animals are free in the forest. I got to ride on the car and see rare animals such as lions, tigers and bears living naturally in the wild. This is an experience that you will hardly find in other zoos.
Besides, I also visited other tourist attractions such as Wat Yanawa Boat Temple and Golden Buddha Temple, which are not only beautiful in architecture but also give me a sense of peace and relaxation. I also had the opportunity to pray for good luck for the new year, an interesting tradition of Thai people.
The special thing about joining the 5-day, 4-night Thailand tour is the strange quietness of Bangkok's traffic. Although the city is crowded and congested, you rarely hear car horns. According to the tour guide, this is a rule in Thai tourism culture to avoid disturbing tourists, and this really creates a pleasant space throughout the journey.
