On August 12, American pop star Taylor Swift announced her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”

On Taylor Swift's official website, vinyl, cassette, and CD (with poster) versions are available for pre-order for $30, $20, and $13, respectively.

The album cover art will be released later, and there is no official release date yet, but it is said that the album will be delivered before October 13.

“The Life of a Showgirl” is the follow-up to Taylor Swift’s album “The Tortured Poets Department” released last year, which set a record with 2.61 million albums and online streams in the US in its first week of release, becoming the album with the biggest streaming week in history and the biggest vinyl sales week in the modern era on Billboard.

During her career, Taylor Swift has won 14 Grammy Awards, including a record 4 wins in the category "Album of the Year."

The singer's "The Eras Tour" lasted nearly two years, ending last year, grossing $2 billion with 149 global shows, becoming the highest-grossing music tour in history and creating an economic effect known as "Swiftflation" in many localities.

The term was used by experts when Taylor Swift's tour caused a temporary wave of price increases in localities, especially in areas such as hotels, tourism and entertainment./.
