Military Region 9 has mobilized and balanced financial resources effectively, meeting the requirements of regular and unexpected tasks, focusing on training, combat readiness, disaster prevention and mitigation, search and rescue, scientific research and other tasks assigned by the Ministry of National Defense.

In recent years, Military Hospital 121 and Military Hospital 120 (Logistics - Technical Department of Military Region 9) have focused resources and taken the initiative in implementing the annual financial autonomy plan. Regarding autonomous revenue: Military Hospital 121 achieved 1,438 billion VND; Military Hospital 120 achieved 1,793 billion VND; the two hospitals ensured 100% autonomy in regular expenditure, the level of autonomy according to regulations.
