During the inspection, after listening to the unit commander's report, Major General To Thanh Quyet and the working delegation inspected the system of documents, combat readiness plans, technical equipment and weapons, and developed hypothetical situations for the unit to organize and handle.

According to the assessment of the working group, the unit strictly implemented the orders of the superiors, strictly maintained the regime of command, duty, combat duty, patrol and guard, and grasped the situation of the area. Along with that, it fully developed plans and documents on combat readiness, organized training on combat readiness plans; well prepared forces, vehicles, weapons and equipment, ensured smooth communication, was ready to mobilize to carry out tasks, handled arising situations well, and protected the safety of important targets in the assigned area.

Major General To Thanh Quyet and the working delegation inspected the status of weapons and equipment of the 2nd Mechanized Reconnaissance Company, General Staff Department ( Hung Yen Provincial Military Command).

From the actual inspection, Major General To Thanh Quyet requested the unit to continue to closely coordinate with the forces and localities to grasp the situation in the stationed area, promptly advise on effective handling of situations that arise, and avoid being passive or surprised. At the same time, strengthen the inspection work of commanders at all levels; strictly maintain the patrol and guard regime to protect the unit's stationed area.

Officers and soldiers of the unit need to have a firm grasp of the features and functions, and be proficient in the use of the weapons and equipment assigned to them; actively organize training in combat readiness plans according to plan. In addition to the above key tasks, it is necessary to pay attention to ensuring good logistics and technical work to carry out the unit's regular and ad hoc tasks.
