The 2024 Folk Arts Festival - Highland Market will take place in Quan Hoa district from March 23 to 25, with the participation of 11 mountainous districts of Thanh Hoa province.

This year's Folk Arts Festival - Highland Market has many unique art programs and cultural activities such as: Reenactment of "Hang Co Phuong - Immortal Epic"; organizing folk arts programs; performing traditional costumes of local ethnic minorities; organizing typical Highland Market spaces of each locality; displaying, demonstrating the processing and introducing traditional culinary culture of local ethnic groups...

Especially at this festival, visitors to Quan Hoa will have the opportunity to visit scenic spots, historical relics, spiritual culture such as: Co Phuong Cave, Ong Pagoda - Ba Cave; Temple of General Kham Ban; register for paragliding to enjoy the view of Hoi Xuan town from above, blending in with the majestic nature of rivers and mountains; cruise on Ma River and many other attractive community tourism spots...

The first paragliding activity was held in Quan Hoa district.
