At the ceremony, Party Secretary, Chairman of Dong Ngac Ward People's Council Ngo Van Nam and delegates reviewed the important events of the August Revolution and the founding day of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam); the journey of fighting, protecting and building the country over the past 80 years in general and Dong Ngac Ward in particular.
According to comrade Ngo Van Nam, promoting tradition in the new development stage, Dong Ngac Ward Party Committee determined to continue solidarity, innovate thinking, act decisively, flexibly and creatively; promote comprehensive digital transformation associated with administrative procedure reform, build e-government, towards digital government, digital economy , digital society. The ward also strengthens the management of planning, land, urban order in a synchronous, modern and sustainable direction; develop services - trade, small-scale industry in a green, clean and environmentally friendly direction.

“The ward is interested in building a new cultural life, taking care of social security, improving the material and spiritual life of the people; maintaining national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety; building a clean and strong Party and political system, contributing to building Dong Ngac ward into a civilized and modern ward, combining tradition with innovation, being a bright spot in building a rich, civilized and cultured capital Hanoi”, Comrade Ngo Van Nam emphasized.
On this occasion, the Dong Ngac Ward Party Committee had 100 comrades awarded and posthumously awarded the Party Badge. Secretary of the Dong Ngac Ward Party Committee Ngo Van Nam emphasized that this is a noble reward from the Party for the dedication, efforts, persistent training and loyalty of the Party members in the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
