Highlights of the Art Program "Glory of the Fatherland Vietnam"

On the evening of August 28, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cua Nam Ward organized the art program "Glory of the Vietnamese Fatherland".

The program is part of a series of events to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

In his opening speech, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam Ward Pham Tuan Long said that the August Revolution in 1945 created a historical miracle, bringing power into the hands of the people, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam - the first worker-peasant state in Southeast Asia.

On September 2, 1945, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh solemnly read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This was a brilliant milestone opening an era of independence, freedom and happiness for our nation.

Over 80 years of construction and growth, our people under the glorious flag of the Party have overcome countless difficulties and challenges, achieving great victories in the struggle for national liberation and reunification, as well as in the cause of innovation, construction and protection of the Fatherland today. Those heroic pages of history will always be a source of pride and motivation for current and future generations to continue to strive, contributing to building our country to become increasingly "Rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization".

The program attracted the participation of many artists, units, clubs and people from all walks of life in Cua Nam ward.

A large number of cadres, party members, and people from all walks of life in the ward also attended, cheered, and immersed themselves in the unique and majestic performances praising the Fatherland; looking back on the 80-year history; thereby spreading pride, arousing aspirations to rise up and fostering the spirit of dedication, serving the people, and serving the Fatherland.

The special performances at the program also demonstrated the people's steadfast belief in the Party's leadership role, bringing the capital and the country into a "New Era - the Era of national growth", gradually realizing the aspiration for strong development.
