Cam Ranh Ward has issued the first 5 red books to residents.

On August 29, Mr. Lu Ngoc Trung - Chairman of Cam Ranh Ward People's Committee said that from July 1 to now, the locality has received 135 applications for the first-time issuance of land use right certificates and property ownership certificates attached to land. The applications were carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures and there were no late applications. Up to now, the locality has issued 5 first-time land use right certificates to people. These are the first 5 land use right certificates signed and approved by the Chairman of Cam Ranh Ward People's Committee, issued to land users after the 2-level local apparatus has been in operation since July 1 to now.

Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land is issued by Cam Ranh Ward People's Committee to land users.

The land use right certificate issued according to the new form under the 2024 Land Law has 1 sheet of 2 pages, showing basic and clear information; detailed information is shown via QR code. After the leader of Cam Ranh Ward People's Committee signed and approved, the ward People's Committee's office issued and transferred the file with a copy of the issued land use right certificate to the Branch of the Land Registration Office to establish, update, and correct cadastral records and land database; civil servants and public employees at the Cam Ranh Ward Public Administration Service Center notified and returned the results to the land user.

According to Decree No. 151 of the Government issued on June 12, 2025, regulating the decentralization of authority of two-level local authorities, decentralization, and decentralization in the land sector, from July 1, the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level has the authority to issue the first land use right certificate.
