Phu Tho prepares staff and facilities for the new school year

According to information from the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho, on August 28-29, more than 950,000 students from 1,957 educational institutions at all levels from preschool to high school, vocational education and continuing education in the province returned to school.

During the “start-up” week of the new school year, schools stabilize order; organize students to learn school rules, cultural codes of conduct and traditions.

At the same time, remind and thoroughly understand the sense of organization, ensuring safety when participating in traffic, awareness of environmental hygiene, and proper use of social networks.

Students also participate in activities such as decorating classrooms and practicing rituals to prepare for the opening ceremony of the new school year.

The Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province has directed educational institutions across the province to proactively prepare adequate facilities, teaching equipment, learning materials, ensure school safety and a friendly environment.

Along with that, many activities to celebrate National Day on September 2 are integrated right into the school opening day to educate about traditions and arouse national pride in the young generation.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the entire sector will continue to innovate teaching methods, focusing on developing students' qualities and abilities, while closely linking teaching literacy and teaching people.

In addition, in preparation for the new school year, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province has directed the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Education and Training to review and evaluate the current situation of management staff and teachers.

The Department of Education and Training and the People's Committees of communes and wards have mobilized, rotated, and seconded the staff, managers, teachers, and employees, which has basically overcome the shortage and imbalance of teachers and employees. Up to now, in general, the staff has basically met the requirements of the new school year.

Mr. Phung Quoc Lap - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho said: The Department of Education and Training has developed a plan and organized training to improve the quality of the staff. At the same time, it has directed units to coordinate with schools to provide enough textbooks for the new school year.

The Department has also directed and guided educational institutions and People's Committees of communes and wards to review and prepare conditions for the implementation of tasks for the 2025-2026 school year, especially preparing well for the opening ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year associated with the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of National Education in accordance with the actual situation.
