Hôm nay 8/7, Ủy viên dự khuyết Trung ương Đảng, Phó Bí thư Thường trực Tỉnh ủy Quảng Trị Nguyễn Long Hải đã có buổi kiểm tra, làm việc về vận hành của cơ quan Đảng, chính quyền, MTTQVN theo mô hình chính quyền địa phương 2 cấp tại phường Đông Hà và phường Nam Đông Hà. Tham dự buổi làm việc có Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, Chánh Văn phòng Tỉnh ủy Lê Văn Bảo; Phó Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Lê Đức Tiến; Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, Bí thư Đảng ủy, Chủ tịch HĐND phường Đông Hà Lê Quang Chiến; lãnh đạo phường Nam Đông Hà cùng đại diện các cơ quan liên quan.

At the same time, recommend to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai and the working delegation the following contents: Consider and create favorable conditions for infrastructure and equipment to soon stabilize working conditions and facilities for the staff and civil servants of the wards to start operating; consider and adjust the decentralization of revenue sources for the wards; guide the allocation of budget and use of budget for units under the Ward People's Committee; soon complete the configuration of accounts on software systems serving the work... and some other related contents.

In his concluding remarks, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai acknowledged the efforts of Dong Ha Ward and Nam Dong Ha Ward, which in a short time have been proactive in operating the political system, initially ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations, receiving the support, satisfaction and sharing of a large number of cadres, party members and people when operating under the new model.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that in the coming time, the wards continue to consolidate their staff, complete the apparatus, especially arrange the grassroots party organizations under their management; direct the congress work with the newly established party committees, especially pay attention to the work of party building, carry out well the political and ideological work, propaganda, grasp and orient public opinion. Complete the regulations, strengthen the inspection and supervision work within the Party and related contents, speed up the progress of organizing the party congress according to the set plan.

Promote socio -economic development, urgently review the socio-economic indicators of Dong Ha City before and now transferred to the wards, in order to focus on leadership and direction of implementation, not to slow down the development speed, especially focusing on developing trade, services, urban infrastructure...

Continue to improve the operation of the Public Administration Service Center (PAC), improve infrastructure, human resources, and resolve administrative procedures (AP), to increase the satisfaction of people and businesses; ensure that the new government apparatus operates professionally, modernly, and serves wholeheartedly and effectively. Perform well the work of social security, maintain political security, social order and safety...

Regarding the recommendations of the wards, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai assigned the Provincial Party Committee Office to coordinate with relevant agencies to compile, synthesize, and select contents to promptly find solutions and promptly remove difficulties, ensuring that they are suitable to the practical situation of Dong Ha ward and Nam Dong Ha ward, promoting local socio-economic development worthy of the dynamic economic region of the South of Quang Tri province.

Previously, during the working trip, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai and members of the delegation inspected the activities of the Public Service Center of Dong Ha ward and Nam Dong Ha ward.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the working delegation listened to reports from ward leaders and Public Service Centers on the situation and results of serving people and businesses after more than 1 week of operating under the 2-level local government model.

Accordingly, from July 1 to 7, the Dong Ha Ward Public Service Center received a total of 313 administrative procedure files, of which 193 files were resolved and results were returned before the deadline and on time; 119 files are being processed according to regulations, and 1 file was withdrawn after receiving.

At the PVHCC Center of Nam Dong Ha Ward from July 1 to 4, nearly 600 citizens and organizations came to transact. The Center received 250 administrative procedure files, of which 143 files were processed ahead of schedule, 56 files were processed on time, and no files were overdue.

Currently, the demand of people and businesses to do procedures at the PVHCC Center is relatively high, in which the procedures related to land and household registration account for a high proportion.

To better meet the transaction needs of people and businesses, at all Public Service Centers, there are desks to guide procedures; publicly post procedures for handling administrative procedures; and arrange staff with sufficient capacity, qualifications, and enthusiasm to handle documents and return results on time.
