According to information at the Congress, in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Z176 led the unit to comprehensively complete the set goals and tasks. Notably, the main targets in production and business all grew strongly, in which the total revenue increased by 6% compared to the plan, 2.1 times higher than the 2015-2020 term; the total profit value increased by 11% compared to the plan, 1.5 times higher than the 2015-2020 term.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Z176 determined to focus all resources on production development, mastering technology and producing high-tech products; increasing automation in production; promoting green transformation, developing circular economy ; drastically implementing digital transformation; shifting production to high-value industries. Strive for an average revenue growth rate of 10%/year; by 2030, there will be 2-3 new products in the group of camouflage, decoy products, and uniforms put into service in the Army.

Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the Standing Party Committee and Head of the General Department of Defense Industry, Major General Dinh Quoc Hung acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Z176 Party Committee in the past term.
