Before each presentation, Ms. Diem always carefully researches the target audience, the purpose and expectations of the group. Then she adjusts the content, presentation style, duration and depth of the presentation accordingly. This careful preparation helps each presentation not only convey full knowledge but also creates deep connection and emotions with the audience.

Ms. Diem expressed: “My greatest joy is that visitors come back many times. After the presentation, some visitors shook my hand, hugged me and said that the relic was very meaningful, and told me to continue spreading the historical value of our country. This made me extremely touched.”
