People of Luong Hoa commune actively contribute to building their homeland.

Over the past years, people of all walks of life in Luong Hoa commune, Tay Ninh province have always actively responded to patriotic emulation movements, especially the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Thereby, they have made important contributions together with the Party Committee and local authorities to complete the goals and tasks of economic, cultural - social, security - defense development.

Notable among them is Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung, born in 1982, residing in Hamlet 4, Luong Hoa Commune. For many years, he and his family have always accompanied the local government in contributing funds to build rural traffic routes.

In 2022, when the locality implemented the concreting of the road in Hamlet 4, East bank (phase 1), Mr. Hung's family contributed 50 million VND with the State to complete the project.

In 2024, in order to create better conditions for students and parents to travel and create a clean and beautiful school, Mr. Hung mobilized more than 111 million VND to concrete the road to Tan Buu Kindergarten.

The road was completed with a length of 100m and a width of 3m, in which Mr. Hung personally contributed 55.5 million VND.

In particular, in 2025, Mr. Hung also mobilized 600 million VND to concrete the road in Hamlet 4, East bank, the section adjacent to Provincial Road 830C with a road surface of 4.5m, 352m long; Mr. Hung himself also contributed 60 million VND.

Mr. Hung surveyed and mobilized funds to build the road to Tan Buu Kindergarten.

Mr. Hung raised more than 111 million VND to concrete the road to Tan Buu Kindergarten.

Being attached to his hometown, over the years, Mr. Hung has spent time and contributed to the construction of traffic works. In addition, he has also mobilized friends, people and businesses to join hands in the implementation.
