On the afternoon of September 8, a resident of Song Tri ward ( Ha Tinh province) reported that he had just discovered and helped "rescue" a live dolphin stranded near the shore back to the open sea safely.

According to initial information, some residents of Hai Phong residential group 2, Song Tri ward, when going to the coastal area of Hai Phong residential group 2 (Vung Ang sea area, Ha Tinh province) suddenly discovered a dolphin swimming with the waves close to the shore and got stranded, unable to escape.

It is estimated that this fish weighs more than 100kg, is 1.5-1.6m long; the upper back, head, mouth, caudal fin, dorsal fin, gill fin are gray and black, the lower belly is pale white mixed with pale spots.

Stranded and repeatedly hit by waves, the fish showed signs of exhaustion. Immediately afterwards, people quickly joined forces to “rescue” the fish, pushing it to deeper water so it could swim back to the sea.
