Improving the quality of driver training in Quang Ngai province

(QNgTV) - The Department of Construction of Quang Ngai province issued Official Dispatch No. 512/SXD-VTPT requesting driving training facilities in the province to implement a number of contents in organizing A1 motorcycle driving training courses and upgrading road motor vehicle driving licenses.

Students are practicing driving a class A1 motorbike.

Quang Ngai Provincial Department of Construction requires driving training facilities to organize enrollment based on the physical conditions and driving practice instructors of the unit according to the approved A1 motorcycle driving training plan. Develop a training program, arrange practice instructors, driving practice vehicles, and training grounds for all students, but must ensure that the total training duration does not exceed 10 days.

In which, the driving practice content must be conducted in the form of centralized training at the training facility with a study time of 02 hours/student. Therefore, when training, the facilities must calculate and build a training program for the number of students of the course to ensure it is suitable for the actual training work at the unit.

When organizing driver upgrade training courses, driving training establishments shall, based on the provisions of Circular No. 26 dated June 21, 2024 of the Minister of Public Security, stipulate statistics, synthesis, construction, management, exploitation and use of the Database on road traffic accidents, railway traffic accidents, inland waterway traffic accidents, send documents verifying valid driving licenses, not allowing road traffic accidents to occur with serious or especially serious consequences to the agency, statistics, synthesis and exploitation of data on traffic accidents to determine the safe driving time of students.
