Inauguration of the "Bridge of Happiness" in Ban Mieu hamlet, Ly Bon commune - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On August 5, the Provincial Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union in coordination with the Vietnam Volunteer Resource Information Center, Ly Bon commune and sponsors organized the inauguration of the "Happiness Bridge" project in Ban Mieu hamlet, Ly Bon commune.

The “Happiness Bridge” project is 25m long, 3.5m wide, and has a load capacity of 10 tons, built with reinforced concrete at a total cost of 700 million VND, sponsored by the Vietnam Volunteer Resource Information Center. The bridge started construction in January 2025 and was completed on schedule in early August 2025.

At the program, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee presented 29 gifts including backpacks, notebooks and school supplies to students in difficult circumstances in the commune.

The project has been completed and put into use, contributing to ensuring traffic connectivity, overcoming the isolation caused by flooding, creating favorable conditions for local people and youth to travel, study and work. At the same time, it has contributed to building new rural areas and improving the lives of people in disadvantaged areas in the province.
