This morning, June 13, information from Huong Lap Border Guard Station said that at km 195 in Huong Viet commune (Huong Hoa district), about 50 m3 of rock and soil collapsed, spilling over the entire road, making it impossible for people and vehicles to travel. Currently, functional forces are coordinating with local authorities to set up checkpoints and warning barriers.

At the resettlement area of Cup village, Huong Lap commune, a landslide also occurred with a length of about 50 m of embankment. Currently, the Huong Lap Border Guard Station is coordinating with the local authorities to mobilize people in areas at high risk of landslides to evacuate to a safe place.
