Ba Be District Agricultural Service Center said that this strange rice variety is not included in the production management structure of Bac Kan province and Ba Be district.

The reason why the rice does not flower may be because this is a variety that reacts to short-day light. This variety can only be planted in the summer crop, but people planted it in the spring crop, resulting in no harvest.
