MU demand 70 million pounds for Garnacho. |
According to The Athletic , the "Red Devils" announced that any club wanting to recruit Garnacho will have to spend at least 70 million pounds. This figure is considered too high compared to Garnacho's actual value in the transfer market.
"There is no reason for any club to think about spending such a large amount of money to get Garnacho at this time. The young player lacks experience, is not playing consistently and has some attitude problems," Yahoo Sports commented.
Notably, Chelsea are interested in Garnacho. Chelsea are looking for a new left winger in the summer transfer window of 2025. They are considering including Christopher Nkunku in the deal. However, the negotiations have not progressed.
Garnacho's last season was not very impressive, scoring only 6 goals in the Premier League. Coach Ruben Amorim asked the player to find a new home. In addition to being dissatisfied with not being a starter in the Europa League final, Garnacho also argued many times about tactics with Coach Amorim.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Garnacho is definitely leaving MU. "Once considered a jewel of MU, the door at Old Trafford has closed for Garnacho," The Athletic confirmed.
In contrast, MU successfully recruited Matheus Cunha from Wolves for £62.5 million and continued to pursue Bryan Mbeumo of Brentford. The team is also looking for a midfielder, a striker and possibly a goalkeeper to replace Andre Onana.
