Antony and Sancho are criticized for not being good enough to play in the Premier League.

According to former player Chris Waddle, neither Jadon Sancho nor Antony possess the qualities suitable for the harsh environment of the Premier League.

"Sancho has played quite well in the Bundesliga, which suits his style," Waddle said. "The Premier League is too fast, too physically demanding. It's not the ideal environment for players like Sancho or Antony."

"If I were Sancho, I would consider returning to the Bundesliga or even Ligue 1, Serie A, La Liga. Similarly, Antony cannot play well in England. Both should find a new place to be able to develop their abilities better instead of continuing to struggle in the Premier League," Waddle concluded.

At the end of the 2024/25 season, Antony and Sancho returned to MU after playing on loan at Real Betis and Chelsea. However, the future of both at Old Trafford is almost over as they are no longer in coach Ruben Amorim's plans.
