The Provincial Military Party Committee also leads and directs agencies and units to strictly implement the principles of Party organization and activities; maintain discipline in implementing working regulations and regulations on leadership of all aspects of work. On that basis, comrade Ho Quoc Dung requested agencies and units in the provincial military to quickly stabilize their organization and staffing; strictly maintain combat readiness; coordinate with other forces to grasp the situation, assess, forecast, and promptly handle situations that arise.

The provincial Military Command must regularly report and update the situation of the area to the provincial leaders and always be ready to have specific plans for each situation. In addition, the provincial military must continue to promote its advisory role, mobilize resources to build potentials to ensure the province's defense area is increasingly solid,” comrade Ho Quoc Dung directed.
Regarding border work, comrade Ho Quoc Dung requested the Provincial Border Guard Command to properly implement the coordination regulations, proactively grasp the situation, strengthen patrols and control of the border, border areas, and border gates, especially in areas where demarcation and marker planting have not been completed.
