On May 23, Loc Troi received an official dispatch regarding the maintenance of the transaction restriction status due to late submission of the reviewed semi-annual financial report and the audited 2024 financial report.
Accordingly, Loc Troi said that since the beginning of 2024, the company has encountered a force majeure event that has resulted in it not being able to publish the Financial Report information on time. Up to now, LTG has not yet overcome the force majeure event.
Specifically, the company encountered a force majeure event that affected the capital flow of production and business activities, and the entire company had to focus on handling immediate financial issues.
In addition, the company has had major fluctuations in personnel, with many key personnel changes, leading to difficulties in gathering data and documents for financial reporting.
At the same time, the company has made major changes in its business model. Specifically, the agricultural materials industry, a large and important industry of the company, has changed its sales method by expanding its distribution network, proactively selling to direct dealers, building optimal sales policies, etc. to quickly resolve difficulties and problems. With this change, the company needs to focus time and personnel to handle many related issues.
In addition, Loc Troi also sent Official Dispatch No. 304/CV-TĐLT dated August 29, 2024 and Official Dispatch No. 74/CV-TĐLT dated March 31, 2025 to the State Securities Commission and Hanoi Stock Exchange requesting an extension for the 2024 Semi-Annual Financial Report review and requesting an extension for the 2024 Audited Financial Report.
In addition, Loc Troi has also approved the plan to organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The ex-dividend date is June 2, and the meeting is expected to take place from June 27-30 in person. Detailed information will be announced in the invitation sent to shareholders.
Notably, Loc Troi has just put into operation a representative office at 29-31, Street No. 6, Him Lam area, Tan Hung ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, this is considered the first step in the journey of restructuring and recovery after a period of financial and administrative difficulties.
