At the same time, many solutions have been implemented to attract forest product processing enterprises (CBLS) to invest in production and business in the locality.

Coming into operation in 2023, Dai Phat Group Import-Export Joint Stock Company located in Bai Bui Industrial Park specializes in producing compressed coal pellets for export. Mr. Le Van Chung, the company's human resources manager, said: After surveying many localities, the company chose Linh Son commune as the place to invest in production and business. Because the commune and neighboring communes have abundant raw materials. During the production and business process, the company has always received attention from the local government. Thanks to that, the company's production and business activities are relatively effective. On average, each year, the company purchases about 60,000 tons of raw glue, processes 30,000 tons of compressed coal pellets for export to the Japanese market, with revenue reaching 9 million USD, creating regular jobs for 50 workers. In order to increase the value of forestry production, the company has supported forest planting households in the commune and neighboring communes to participate in the European FSC forest planting project. It is expected that by the end of 2025, the company's raw material area will have about 10,000 hectares of forest certified by FSC.

Currently, Linh Son commune has 1,370ha of acacia and 1,067ha of bamboo, some of which have been granted FSC certification. In addition, in neighboring communes, the source of raw materials is relatively abundant, meeting the needs of CBLS activities of enterprises in the area. Vice Chairman of Linh Son Commune People's Committee Ha Van Hoai said: In order to improve the quality of planted forests, the commune has actively promoted to the people to change the practice of planting production forests in order to build a sustainable raw material area for CBLS industry, including increasing forest planting according to FSC standards. Prioritize the allocation of investment capital to complete the technical infrastructure of Bai Bui industrial cluster and the traffic system, in order to attract enterprises to invest in CBLS, especially in processing high-value export products such as producing bamboo and modified wood, industrial plywood, finger jointed boards, compressed charcoal pellets, and paper pulp. Along with creating favorable conditions in terms of premises and administrative procedures, Linh Son commune also actively supports companies and CBLS facilities in searching for and recruiting skilled workers.

Currently, in Linh Son commune, there are 11 CBLS enterprises and facilities operating, creating stable jobs for about 1,000 workers and thousands of workers in raw material areas. Due to sufficient raw materials, the production and business activities of CBLS enterprises and facilities are relatively stable. Many of them have improved technology, expanded production scale, and improved product quality.
