Two consecutive fires occurred on the 3rd day of Tet

According to Nguoi Dua Tin 's source, at 7:00 p.m. on February 12 (the evening of the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024), Information Center 114 of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) received a report of a forest fire in Thuy Son commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city.

Immediately after receiving the news, the 114 Command Center on duty verified the fire. At the same time, reported to the leaders of Hai Phong City People's Committee and Hai Phong City Police for direction.

According to information from the Thuy Nguyen District Police, Hai Phong City, after receiving a report of a forest fire from the people, the unit sent officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police and 2 fire trucks to the scene to focus on extinguishing the fire, preventing it from spreading.

By 7:30 p.m. the same day, the fire had been basically contained by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Thuy Nguyen District Police, with only a few small fires and smoke remaining. According to initial information, there were no casualties.

Currently, Hai Phong City authorities are urgently extinguishing the fire completely, calculating the damage and investigating the cause of the forest fire.

Previously, at 11:24 a.m. on February 12, 2024, the Command Center 114 of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) received a fire report at a plastic grinding and paper pressing workshop rented by the Thuy San Shipbuilding Company in An Dong Commune, An Duong District, Hai Phong City. Hai Phong City Police mobilized the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Zone 4 and many firefighting forces to quickly deploy forces and vehicles to participate in firefighting.

By 12:05 p.m. the same day, the fire was basically under control. Firefighting forces did not let the fire spread. According to initial information, the fire did not cause any human casualties but caused great property damage. Currently, An Duong District Police, Hai Phong City are investigating the cause of the fire and calculating the damage .
