In Van Chan commune:

On August 29, a delegation representing the Party Committee, government, departments, organizations, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in Van Chan commune, led by comrade Dang Duy Hien - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the commune, offered incense and flowers at the Memorial of President Ho Chi Minh Nghia Lo and the Monument of heroic martyrs of Van Chan commune.

At the Memorial of President Ho Chi Minh Nghia Lo, the delegation of Van Chan commune solemnly held a flag-raising ceremony and offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh. The delegation expressed their respect and gratitude for his immense contributions. The Party Committee and the Government of Van Chan commune vow to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style for the rest of their lives, always being "diligent, thrifty, honest, upright, impartial and selfless", building a great solidarity bloc, excellently completing all tasks assigned by the Party, the State and the People; the cadres and Party members of the commune always strive to build a strong and comprehensive Party and government, contributing to building the homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized and modern as Uncle Ho always wished.

At Cau Thia ward
On August 29, the Cau Thia Ward Party Committee, Lao Cai Province solemnly held a ceremony to award Party badges to exemplary Party members.

During this period, Cau Thia Ward Party Committee had 22 Party members honored to receive the Party Badge. Among them, 1 comrade has 65 years of Party membership; 2 comrades have 60 years of Party membership; 1 comrade has 50 years of Party membership; 2 comrades have 45 years of Party membership; 2 comrades have 40 years of Party membership and 14 comrades have 30 years of Party membership.



This is a noble award, recognizing the training, efforts and great contributions of comrades to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

At Trung Tam ward:


This morning, August 29, at Muong Lo Park - Nghia Lo Lake, Trung Tam Ward held the National Flag Salute Ceremony.
More than 2,500 cadres, party members and people in the ward solemnly attended the ceremony in the brilliant colors of red shirts with yellow stars. The flag-raising ceremony not only shows national pride and self-respect, but is also an opportunity for today's generation to express deep gratitude to the previous generation who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
The national flag-raising ceremony is not only a meaningful spiritual event, but also becomes a driving force for the entire Party Committee, government and people of Trung Tam Ward to be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Immediately after the flag-raising ceremony, the art program with many unique and elaborately staged music and dance performances left a deep impression on the participants, stirring up an exciting and competitive atmosphere.
In Luc Yen commune:


On the evening of August 28, the Women's Union of Luc Yen commune organized an exchange night and folk dance performance with the participation of many officials, members and local people.
The program attracted the participation of more than 10 cultural and artistic clubs with over 200 mass actors. The program included 21 vibrant and powerful folk dance performances, elaborately staged on revolutionary music, songs praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland and the country.


The heroic, graceful dances and the vibrant colors of the costumes created a joyful, exciting atmosphere, leaving many beautiful impressions in the hearts of the audience.

The exchange night is not only an occasion for meaningful cultural and spiritual activities, exchange activities, and folk dance performances, but also contributes to arousing national pride, honoring the great historical values of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, at the same time, encouraging cadres, party members and people of the whole commune to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, enthusiastically compete in labor, production, and build an increasingly innovative and beautiful homeland.
In Muong Khuong commune:

The launching ceremony of garbage collection and environmental protection of the Women's Union of Pho Cu village, Muong Khuong commune, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, attracted enthusiastic participation from many member families. Ms. Cao Thi Hue, a member of Pho Cu village, shared: "When the Union launched the cleaning campaign, each family sent one person to participate in the labor, helping to decorate the flower street, contributing to preserving the landscape of the area."

This activity is within the framework of implementing Official Dispatch No. 235, dated August 15, 2025 of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, to promote waste collection and environmental protection, towards the 80th National Day Celebration. Under the direction of Muong Khuong commune, cadres, party members and people actively participated and created a strong spread.
Through this activity, the Women's Union of Pho Cu village not only collects waste, but also promotes propaganda and mobilizes members and people to participate in environmental protection and keep residential areas clean. Movements such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" or "Family of 5 no's, 3 clean", "Clean house, beautiful alley" are strongly promoted, encouraging the community to actively participate.
