Quang Nam leaders attend the opening ceremony of the 800 billion VND tourist area

On the morning of April 28, Hang Gop Eco-tourism Joint Stock Company, a member of FVG Group, held the opening ceremony of Dong Giang Heaven's Gate Eco-tourism Area (Ma Cooih commune, Dong Giang district, Quang Nam province).

Leaders of Quang Nam province and delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-tourism Area.

Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Le Van Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Nam Province; and many provincial leaders.

Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco- tourism Area has a scale of 120 hectares, located in the mountainous area of ​​the West of Quang Nam province, with a total investment of nearly 800 billion VND. The tourist area was officially opened after nearly 7 years of construction, including 2 years of trial operation.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Ho Quang Buu, Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the determination of FVG Group in joining hands and hearts to complete the project and put it into official operation in difficult and challenging conditions due to natural disasters, epidemics, etc.

"The Dong Giang Heaven Gate Eco-tourism Area will create momentum and lay the foundation for tourism in the western mountainous region of Quang Nam to create a new and good impression on visitors from near and far. The project also has pioneering significance, contributing to attracting more new investment projects, thereby awakening the potential and enhancing the position and competitiveness of Quang Nam mountainous tourism" - Mr. Buu acknowledged.

Dong Giang Heaven Gate tourist area is invested with a total capital of nearly 800 billion VND.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FVG Group, said that in nearly 2 years of operating phase 1, the tourist area has welcomed more than 120,000 visitors and guests. Notably, from the time of construction to operation, the project has recruited nearly 1,000 local Co Tu workers.

This place promises to be a very attractive sightseeing and experience for tourists.

According to Mr. Tan, it is expected that in the second quarter of 2024, Dong Giang Heaven Gate will officially put into operation the cable car section. This is the first cable car line in Quang Nam, with a cable length of 1,601 m, and an altitude difference of 800 m above sea level.

The highlight of this project is the design using decorative motifs in the traditional culture of the Co Tu people.

When officially put into operation, the project promises to bring exciting and adventurous experiences to visitors when "hunting clouds" and immersing themselves in the wild space of majestic mountains and forests.
