Realizing that donating blood to save lives is a noble act for the community, Mr. Luong Manh Thang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Que Chau commune (Que Son) and his wife always enthusiastically participate in voluntary blood donation campaigns organized by the district.
In addition, his family has often gone directly to hospitals in and outside the province to donate blood to save lives. Mr. Thang also actively encouraged colleagues and people to participate in blood donation.
“The voluntary blood donation movement in Que Chau commune is developing strongly, my family alone has donated blood nearly 20 times. At the blood donation point, I was given specific advice by doctors and nurses, if I donate blood according to the instructions, it will not affect my health. In the future, my family will continue to donate blood with the hope of contributing to bringing life to patients,” said Mr. Thang.

In recent years, the development of live blood bank clubs in Que Son has contributed significantly to promoting the voluntary blood donation movement. Up to now, the whole district has established 9 live blood bank clubs with 427 members. Of which, the live blood bank club of Que Xuan 2 commune operates very effectively.
Mr. Le Cong Anh - Vice Chairman of Que Xuan 2 Commune People's Committee said that with the aim of saving people, the club members are always willing to donate their blood.
