The DVCTĐ Kiosk is a standalone device, compact in size; integrated with: touch screen, A4 printer - scanner, chip-based CCCD reader, QR/Barcode reader; especially a smart chat interface with AI Chatbot... On June 23, 2025, Lam Dong province will pilot the new commune and ward government model at 6 commune-level administrative units (CUs): Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat and Duc Trong Commune (Lam Dong); Phu Thuy Ward and Ham Thuan Commune ( Binh Thuan ); Nam Gia Nghia Ward and Kien Duc Commune (Dak Nong). Based on the assumption that the organizational structure has been stabilized, the People's Committees at all commune levels will pilot the handling of administrative procedures (under the authority of receiving - handling - returning results directly, online at the commune level and online at the provincial level) at the new commune-level administrative units.
The DVCTĐ kiosks were also tested at two new commune-level administrative units, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat and Duc Trong Commune.
