According to the above decision, the total recovered land area of more than 1 million m2 of land (excluding 22.7 thousand m2 of land in the hotel planning area) in Phuoc An and Long Tho communes (Nhon Trach district) was leased by the Provincial People's Committee to An Tuong Viet Joint Stock Company in Decision No. 1270/QD-UBND dated May 6, 2014 for the purpose of building a Cultural Village.
The reason for land reclamation is that An Tuong Viet Joint Stock Company has terminated the investment project according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc An and Long Tho communes to be responsible for delivering this decision to An Tuong Viet Joint Stock Company; in case the company does not receive the decision or is absent, a record must be made; posted at the headquarters of the Commune People's Committee, at the common living place of the residential community. The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall announce the land recovery decision to the company and related organizations and individuals for compliance; direct the Provincial Land Registration Office to update and correct changes in the cadastral records; set up boundary markers of the land plot to hand over the land to the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management.
Request An Tuong Viet Joint Stock Company to urgently move assets, equipment... on the land (if any) to hand over the land to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management. Nhon Trach District People's Committee directs its affiliated units to coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to monitor and urge the implementation of the company's land handover.
