With the nature of trading in high-risk flammable and explosive products, the company has paid special attention to this work, taking the human factor as the center and safety awareness as the core.

Clearly identifying the specific nature of the industry, the Board of Directors of Bac Thai Petroleum Company always considers fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) as the top priority task, parallel with production and business.

Strict compliance with fire prevention and fighting regulations is integrated into the regular management plan. The system of internal regulations and technical safety procedures is periodically reviewed and updated to suit each stage and actual situation.

Following the motto of “Building a solid fire protection system, focusing on people”, the Company has established a grassroots fire protection force at all affiliated stores. The entire system consists of 448 officers and employees, from leaders to workers, who directly participate in this force and are thoroughly trained, periodically practicing according to hypothetical situations.

Therefore, we invest not only in equipment but also in human factors, from knowledge, skills to practical response capabilities.

Along with building the force, the Company pays special attention to internal propaganda and education on fire prevention and fighting. Every year, professional training courses are organized in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department and Rescue Department (Provincial Police). The training contents are designed to be practical, helping employees to easily access and apply effectively.

At all production and business locations, the system of danger warning signs and fire extinguishing orders is clearly arranged, easy to see and easy to access. Safety control procedures are strictly maintained, especially in the areas of petroleum import and export. Every day, the Company arranges forces to monitor and check the entry and exit of transit vehicles; vehicles entering the warehouse are scientifically coordinated, ensuring the ability to quickly escape in case of an incident.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Store Manager of Gas Station No. 11 (Song Cong Ward) shared: Before and after each shift, we check all fire protection equipment and maintain a 24/7 on-call schedule. Whether new employees or long-time employees, everyone must undergo rigorous training to be ready to handle any situation that may arise.

Not only focusing on training, the Company also builds a strict inspection and monitoring mechanism, periodically every month, every quarter and peaking on holidays, Tet, dry season... Thereby, many potential fire and explosion risks have been detected and handled promptly. Violations of technical procedures, electrical systems or safety regulations are strictly handled.

One of the highlights in the Company's fire prevention and fighting work in recent times is the successful organization of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Sports Festival 2025. The event not only tests response capabilities but also helps each officer and employee practice skills and courage in a real environment, with realistic content such as fire extinguishing, rescuing people, rescuing property...

In addition to investing in human resources and equipment, the Company continuously upgrades automatic fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, pressure nozzles, etc. to ensure effective operation according to current standards.
