The Prime Minister emphasized that Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio -political organizations must thoroughly grasp the spirit of "being close to the people, serving the people wholeheartedly"; ensuring that the more digital transformation takes place, the closer they must be to the people, with their feelings, responsibilities, and obligations.
Stating the need to accelerate the shift from pre-inspection to post-inspection in state management, the Prime Minister directed that officials who have a good understanding of the work must be assigned to guide the people; ensuring the effectiveness of the transition from passive to proactive state of serving the people and businesses.
The Prime Minister noted that it is important that the attitude of serving people and businesses must be cheerful and humane, absolutely not demanding, not making people "fearful or shy" when coming to government agencies. Commune officials instructed people to actively go to the grassroots, "go to every alley, knock on every door, check every person" to serve the people more.
The Prime Minister requested to step up information and propaganda so that people can understand and master the regulations, especially digital platforms; direct the establishment and promote the role of groups to help the community with digital transformation; promote the application of online registration to reduce waiting time; actively apply artificial intelligence (AI); promote the "Digital Education for All" movement; the connection infrastructure must be smooth to avoid congestion of public administrative services.
From July 1, when the two-level local government comes into operation, in addition to regular work, it is also necessary to do well, care for people with meritorious services, war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of martyrs on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27; and to renovate martyr cemeteries to be "bright, green, clean, and beautiful", showing gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country.
