Opening of walking street, river of light of Tay Ninh bordering Ho Chi Minh City

Besides visiting the 2km long walking street and the 2km long mist river, more than 10,000 people came to the urban area of Tay Ninh bordering Ho Chi Minh City to enjoy the performance of 1,000 drones and a grand music festival.

On the evening of August 9, in a series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, leaders and former leaders of Tay Ninh province and more than 10,000 people came to inaugurate the Walking Street and the River of Light in the T&T City Millennia urban area, invested by T&T Group in Can Giuoc commune, Tay Ninh.

This is an urban area of over 267 hectares located along Doi canal, the natural boundary between Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City.

After cutting the ribbon, the Vietnam Record Organization also awarded two records.

The 2km long walking street is recognized as the "Walking street within an urban area with the most diverse themed experience stops, inspired by Marco Polo's voyage of discovery to the East".

This walking street was named Millennium Journey by the investor, designed into 8 separate themed stations in terms of architecture, culture, sound and color following the world discovery journey of explorer Marco Polo from Europe to Asia in the 13th century.

The 2km long river of light has set a record as "The longest waterway within an urban area integrating a misting system and sound and light projection technology".

This river is designed based on the idea of the Venice River, combining a misting system, lasers, art performances and music to serve people to freely visit every weekend.

On the same evening, Tay Ninh province and T&T Group also organized a music night with the theme "Unleashing the source of heritage, firmly stepping into a new era" with the participation of famous artists such as Chi Pu, Issac, Erik, Quan AP, Uyen Linh, Duc Tuan, (S) TRONG Trong Hieu, Ha Nhi, Tieu Minh Phung, DJ Mie...

Before the music program, people also enjoyed a light show of 1,000 drones displaying the logo of Tay Ninh province, along with many typical images of Tay Ninh province and the West such as the Vam Co river, the "Loyal and resilient, all people fight the enemy" monument park, floating market, amateur music...
