Accordingly, IDICO plans to issue nearly 49.5 million shares to pay dividends at a ratio of 100:15, meaning that shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 15 newly issued shares. The decimal number of shares (if any) will be canceled.
The total issuance value calculated at par value is nearly 495 billion VND. The capital is taken from undistributed accumulated after-tax profits, based on the company's audited separate financial statements for 2024.
Previously, IDICO made two interim cash dividend payments for 2024 in June 2024 and April 2025, with a total rate of 20%, corresponding to a payment amount of nearly VND 660 billion.
Thus, if the above share issuance is successful, IDICO will complete the 2024 dividend payment as planned at the annual shareholders' meeting at the end of April, with a total dividend of 35%, including 20% in cash and 15% in shares.
Regarding the operating situation, the consolidated financial report for the second quarter of 2025 just announced showed less positive business results compared to the same period. In the first 6 months of 2025, IDICO's net revenue reached 3,557 billion VND, down 23% compared to the first half of 2024.
Profit after corporate income tax reached VND641 billion, down more than 43%. The main reason for this decline came from a sharp decrease in revenue from leasing land and industrial park infrastructure.
In 2025, IDICO set a business plan with a consolidated pre-tax profit target of VND 2,596 billion. With the results achieved in 6 months, the company has completed about 40% of the annual profit target.
Along with the announcement of business results, some important strategic decisions were also made. Recently, IDICO approved the policy of divesting all 15% of its capital contribution at My Xuan International Port Company Limited because the port's operations did not meet expectations.
In addition, the company plans to start construction on a large-scale social housing project in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai with about 8,000 apartments in the third quarter of 2025, which is considered a factor that can contribute to future cash flow and revenue.
