Instructions for using the Shared System for commune-level officials, civil servants and public employees

On the morning of June 20, the Department of Science and Technology of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces jointly organized a training conference to guide the use of the shared system for commune-level officials, civil servants and public employees to pilot the two-level government model.

In Phu Yen, the conference was connected online to the bridges of the Department of Science and Technology, the new Commune-level Public Administration Service Center (People's Committee of Phu Hoa 1 Commune and Binh Kien Ward). About 1,000 commune-level officials, civil servants and public employees of the two provinces participated.

Conference participants were trained to use the Document Management and Operation System; use the Dak Lak Province Administrative Procedure Information System including: Instructions on closing the provincial public service portal; instructions for citizens to submit online applications from the National Public Service Portal; instructions for officials to exploit statistical reports; instructions for officials to use the Electronic Authentication system...

Through the training conference, commune-level cadres, civil servants and public employees were able to improve their capacity to use and exploit platforms such as: Document management and administration platform; Information reporting and direction system; Electronic one-stop system and online public services; Online meeting platform and official email; Government Cipher Committee's public service portal, thereby creating consistency in implementing digital transformation before, during and after the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units.
