Hung Yen: Total investment capital in industrial parks reached 710 million USD in 6 months

On June 26, the Management Board of Industrial Parks (IPs) of Hung Yen province held a conference with investors of IP infrastructure in the province to assess the situation of investment implementation, construction and investment attraction in the first 6 months of 2025, and at the same time listen to and remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses.

By the end of the second quarter of 2025, the planning work of industrial parks continues to be promoted. Specifically: Industrial Park No. 01 has had its construction zoning plan approved; Industrial Park No. 06 has completed its construction zoning plan according to the appraisal opinions of competent agencies, the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Finance and is submitting it for approval according to regulations; 3 industrial parks including Tan Dan, Van Nhue - Hoang Hoa Tham, Ly Thuong Kiet have completed their construction zoning plan documents and are being edited and completed according to the comments of the agencies for submission for approval; Tho Hoang Industrial Park is in the process of appraising its construction zoning plan; Industrial Park No. 04 and Tien Lu - Kim Dong - An Thi Industrial Park are organizing the selection of consulting contractors to prepare construction zoning plans.
Along with that, investment attraction has achieved positive results. In the second quarter of 2025, industrial parks in the province attracted a total investment capital of 710 million USD, equivalent to 71% of the annual plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee (1 billion USD), with a total of 56 newly received investment projects, with a total registered capital of more than 8.3 trillion VND. Many projects are large-scale, capable of contributing positively to the budget and promoting industrial development of the province.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and answering many issues of interest to businesses such as: site clearance, land use progress, completion of internal and external traffic systems and administrative procedures related to investment and construction.
The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board affirmed to continue accompanying and removing difficulties for enterprises, especially in planning, site clearance and administrative procedure reform, contributing to speeding up project implementation progress and improving the efficiency of attracting investment in industrial parks in the province.
